OBJECTIVE
As part of our commitment to balance supply and demand within China's regional power construction industry, we actively seek to give promising Chinese power firms the international exposure they seek and deserve. Therefore, our committee jointly with China Electricity Council (CEC) will organize a 1 day business tour to a selected major Chinese Power Group's HQ. CPAE is using this specific ‘going out’ network tour to help selected power groups extend their brand overseas. Moreover, this 1 day event can enhance potential investments and communication between target audience and our hosts.

TARGET MOTIVE
Profit from Chinese 'tiger' economies, leading Chinese power groups are taking aim at neighboring power markets. China power groups have better advantages in technology, management, price and service than many other Western power groups. Russia is going to export 6GWH annually to China market. By second and third steps, Russian is also looking for ambilateral investment in border power infrastructure construction. ASEAN is also looking for USD 200 billion investments in its power infrastructure construction in future 5 to 10 years. Half of total will spend on the power products.
