Sonal Shah is CEO, YES Food & Agribusiness India Fund at YES BANK. Sonal is involved in setting up and managing the Food & Agribusiness (Private Equity) Fund. The fund will invest in companies operating in the Food/ Agri related sectors with an aim to capitalize on their strong growth potential. Sonal is involved in all activities of the Fund, including raising funds, identifying and investing in suitable companies amongst others.
Prior to joining YES BANK, Sonal was with DSP Merrill Lynch as Senior Vice President and Head of Equities Research - Mid Caps. At DSP Merrill Lynch, Sonal was leading a 5 member team for undertaking research of mid caps and emerging corporates for secondary markets, new listings, private equity, etc.
Prior to joining DSP Merrill Lynch, Sonal worked with Rabo India Finance as Director and Head – Strategic Advisory, where she initiated and built the highly successful Food & Agribusiness function.
In a career spanning 12 years, Sonal has worked in Strategic and Advisory positions of increasing responsibility in organizations such as A.F. Ferguson, Swiss Bank Corporation and Union Bank of Switzerland.
Sonal has an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta and a Bachelors degree in Economics from Hindu College, Delhi. |

Jonathan was previously a Senior Energy Derivatives trader at SMW Trading Company where he spent eight years structuring and managing multiple derivatives positions in the option pits of the New York Mercantile Exchange.
Jonathan holds an MBA in International Finance from Fordham University in New York City and is also a member of Omicron Delta Epsilon, the International Honour Society in Economics.

宋钰勤有十四年在国内著名证券公司任重要职务的资本市场从业经历。2005年进入中国人民银行系统担任上海黄金交易所副总经理后，主持完成了多个涉及我国黄金市场发展的重要课题，并针对我国黄金市场发展所遇到的热点问题在权威学术报刊上先后发表了近20篇非常有影响力的文章。宋钰勤非常重视黄金市场新产品的研究工作，在他主持下有多个黄金产品通过专家评审会，有些产品已经面市并稳步发展。他的一些研究成果和提案得到了国务院领导重视与肯定并转发相关各部委研究。
