Alipay opens up the Russian market,
in cooperation with Qiwi, Russian largest payment corporation.
Alibaba, the largest China B2B provider,
has signed the strategic cooperation agreement with QIWI Wallet, the largest
Payment solution provider in Russia. The Russian can enjoy the online shopping
from Alibaba via paying with QIWI Wallet.
QIWI Wallet is the largest third party payment tool, which is similar to Alipay. The Russian buyer can recharge expediently to the QIWI Wallet then buy what they want on AliExpress.
QIWI Wallet has a thorough risk and issue management system to avoid the payment withdrawal. So the buyer's order via paying with QIWI Wallet will not receive a 24 Hours verifying limited while the Mechants will delivery goods immediately once received the payment.
