Conference Producer
CDMC Events conference producers are a group of people, who is governed by the deadlines, strong willing to success, and could stay in touch with business elites who dominate the industry. Job Description:
-Communicate with the industrial experts and CXOs to collect and analyze the information
-Responsible for researching the conference content
-Supervise designing of conference brochure and all the promotional documentation for event marketing
-Work closely with marketing department to implement market campaign
-Identify and acquire 20 speakers for each conference
-Run the conference on-site and ensure that quality and value is delivered to all delegates
Job Requirements:
-Bachelor degree with energy/economics/finance, more than 2 years working experience. Overseas Master degree in Finance /Economics is advantageous
-Good command of oral and written English and Mandarin, CET-6 is a must.
-Strong research and analytical skills
-Experience making cold calls
-Able to work under pressure, and to meet tight deadlines
-Attention to detail and ability to effectively multi-task is a must


Sales Manager
Job Description:
-To manage the sales executives from lead generation, tele-sales to on-site delivery at the event
-To liaise closely with staff across the conference production marketing, and operations teams
-To sell sponsorship and exhibition packages ranging from US$ 5K-35K both by telephone
-To identify prospective clients by monitoring internal and external publications, websites, competitive exhibitions and conferences
-To manage the accounts of both new and existing clients across the world
-To exceed agreed monthly revenue targets for each event
-To attend various Conferences / Exhibitions both in China and overseas as necessary
-To hold regular weekly meeting for the project sales team to review and set the target for the next week sales revenue
-To guide and train sales executives to achieve the sales target
-To negotiate and draw up the sponsor contracts for the sale within company guidelines
Job Requirements:
-Excellent Spoken English
-2-3 years' sales experience selling to decision makers
-Experience with consultative and telephone-based selling would be preferred
-Experience completing the sales cycle, including targeting new business opportunities, negotiating contracts and closing deals
-Highly motivated self-starter with excellent communication and business writing skills, strong work ethic, and ability to work in a competitive fast-paced environment.
-University Degree.


International Sales Executive
Conference sales executive is responsible for selling our high level summits and conferences over the telephone to decision makers. Research and identify, sell and negotiate with potential clients, delegates and service providers. Match client’s needs and requirements with our products and services before closing potential clients on our company packages. The role of a conference sales executive is to persuade the relevant management in the industry that they simply cannot afford to miss this event.
You will need to be professional and persuasive above all, but any phone sales experience would be an advantage. The team you will be going into is highly successful, so you will need to be able to match the drive and ambition of the current team members. A competitive nature will be rewarded, but a good team focus is also vital. This particular role requires a fluent English speaker both written and oral, although another language can also be useful.

Job Description:
1. Confident to communicate with the decision-makers of top 500 enterprises and those companies dedicated to in energy sources, infrastructure construction, transportation facilities, financial projects and luxury goods industries, including their Presidents, Vice-Presidents, General Managers and Directors. Introduce them the high level summits, forums, academic exchanges and other events in Asia.
2. Responsible for the completed sale procedure, including pre-market research, telephone communication, conference guest confirmation and on-site reception.
3. Deep study the most prosperous industry in China (for example energies, resources, transportation facilities, city infrastructure construction, financial projects and luxury goods). Further understand China’s macroeconomic.
