在2013年民政部紧急救援促进中心与广东白云通用航空有限公司签订的战略合作协议框架下，双方约定共同推进我国航空紧急救援事业进程，全面提高紧急救援队伍、设施、装备、技术、信息服务和智能服务的水平，打造一个高端的航空紧急救援网络。
为了更好的推动和促进航空救援事业在中国的发展, 民政部紧急救援促进中心拟编辑出版航空应急救援内容的行业杂志,目前杂志定名为《中国航空救援》, 2014年采取双月刊形式.中心授权广东白云通用航空有限公司联合上海峰仕商务咨询有限公司作为杂志的编辑、制作及出版机构，与杂志有关的事宜均委托广东白云通用航空有限公司和上海峰仕商务咨询有限公司进行协调和推进。
本杂志将是探讨中国航空救援事业发展的重要参考刊物。杂志将始终贯彻为发展中国航空救援事业服务，致力于传播先进空中救援理念，分享国内外航空救援经验，促进航空救援事业在中国的发展。杂志的主题是“空中救援，利国利民”。

Hosted and published by Emergency Rescue Promotion Center of Ministry of Civil Affairs China and Guangzhou Baiyun General Aviation Company. The first edition of China Air Rescue magazine will be launched its first bimonthly magazine in February 2014. Both printed and electronic publications will be available. This magazine circulation of each issue is 5000 copies in 2014.
The distribution targets include relevant government emergency management staff, emergency rescue      authorities and associations, general aviation and business aviation operators, aircraft manufacturers, emergency medical centers, hospitals, air ambulance operators, assistance companies and insurance companies etc. China Air Rescue Magazine will be a very important publication focusing on  developing  air rescue  business in China. It will be dedicated to serve China air rescue business, spread advanced air rescue concept, share international and local air rescue experiences etc. The theme is “air rescue, for saving life”.
